4 Steps to Installation as Early as 2 Weeks!

Steel Frame

1. The process begins with the construction of the main frame using steel.

2. This steel is cut and welded according to the design and dimensions that have been set to form the basic structure of the divider.

3. The durability and stability of the steel frame is an important foundation for the entire divider.

MDF Board Installation

1. Next, an additional frame is specially built to install the MDF boards.

2. The MDF boards are then spray painted in the chosen color to obtain a smooth and uniform finish.

3. Once dry, the painted MDF boards are installed and firmly attached to the main steel frame.

Openwork Installation and Final Finishing

1. At this stage, the filigree elements will be installed in the desired parts of the divider.

2. This filigree adds aesthetic value and uniqueness to the design.

3. Finally, the final finishing process is carried out, which includes spraying a protective layer or quality supervision to ensure that the divider looks perfect and is durable.

Celuka

Our dividers are made of celuka material which is lightweight, durable & easy to maintain. It is also waterproof, not easily rotted or damaged by moisture.

Hollow Steel Frame

Built with a quality hollow steel frame, strong, rust-resistant & stable. Designed for long-term use, providing confidence in terms of safety & durability.

MDF Board / Chip Board

MDF Board / Chipboard is a composite board made from glued wood powder or chips. It offers a smooth, formable, and stable surface. It is often used as the base material for furniture such as pulpits, lecture tables, or cabinets because it is cost-effective and can be coated for a variety of aesthetic finishes.

Spray Paint

The final finish uses high quality spray paint which provides a smooth surface, even color and durability. It not only adds to the aesthetics, but also protects the surface from rust & melting.
